Payments & Subscriptions

All plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime through your dashboard.

Fair Usage

Each plan has defined limits for emails, contacts, validations, and SMS credits. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

Data & Privacy

We collect and process data according to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; however, you grant us permission to process it for delivering services.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or third-party issues may temporarily affect service availability.

Prohibited Use

You may not use AlertMessenger to:

Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)

Violate data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA)

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, legal obligations, or usage policies without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

AlertMessenger is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, downtime, or data loss.
